Báo cáo thẩm định là bản tổng kết có phân tích và giải thích các số liệu và có các kết luận, được cơ quan quản lý dược hoặc người thay mặt cơ quan quản lý dược soạn thảo.

2. Validation report

Là một tài liệu tập hợp các biên bản, kết quả và đánh giá của một chương trình thẩm định toàn diện. Biên bản thẩm định cũng có thể bao gồm các đề nghị cải tiến quy trình và/hoặc thiết bị.
